I assist you in preparing your property for sale by: 

  • Determining the most likely selling price based on current market values by preparing a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for your property.
  • Discussing selling points and possible improvements to enhance the value of your home.
  • Explaining your available showing options. 

I attract buyers to your property by: 

  • Internet marketing of your home included in our full service plan—by entering your property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), with full service it includes featuring your home with professional photography, virtual tour, stills and slideshow.  Your home would also be featured on multiple websites including Realtor.com as a showcased enhanced listing, AzCentral.com, Yahoo.com, Realestate.com, WestUSA.com & Affiliated agent sites, House2uOnline.com, and all other Realtor and home search websites with MLS search capabilities.
  • Providing an individual website for your listing with the home’s address as the url.   
  • Placing a distinctive for sale sign on your property, with your approval.
  • 800 number & sign rider provided for 24 hour buyer access to recorded information on your home included with our full service plan.
  • Holding open houses and agent tours for extra exposure when appropriate.
  • Providing a detailed listing sheet to prospective buyers and agents.

 I facilitate the showing and escrow period by: 

  • Communicating with you on a regular basis, providing feedback on showings, and updating you  on the current market conditions and how it affects you.
  • Screening for qualified buyers.
  • Presenting and reviewing all offers.
  • Negotiating the transactions.
  • Reviewing and finalizing the terms of the sale contract.
  • Following up on buyer financing.
  • Confirming the closing and retaining a file of the entire transaction.
  • Following up with you after the transaction.   

Plus as an added BONUS: As a recent ASP (Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate Agent) I include a staging consultation for you the seller when you sign a listing agreement to list & sell your home with me. Successful REALTORS® know that in order to get top dollar for their clients they need to know how Staging works and communicate the benefits of Home Staging to their sellers.
